2 / What can I expect in my first visit?

Before your visit, you’ll complete detailed intake forms. During the initial appointment, we’ll review your history, labs, current concerns, and long-term health goals, then create a personalized plan together.

3 / Why do people come to you?

Most patients seek a more comprehensive and individualized approach to their overall wellness. Others come with more specific concerns such as hormone imbalance, thyroid issues, weight management, etc. Care plans typically include close monitoring, lab analysis, treatment adjustments, and ongoing support of primary care needs via telehealth or in-person visits.

4 / Will insurance cover my visits?

I do not accept or bill insurance, however I provide receipt of payment for membership fees which can be submitted for HSA/FSA reimbursement. 

5 / What forms of payment are accepted?

HSA/FSA, credit/debit cards, online payments and person-to-person payment service (Zelle/Venmo).
